3 levels of subject positions function in Sofrecom Polska, i.e.:
  • Junior Consultant
  • Consultant
  • Senior Consultant
Depending on the position we offer employment both to persons with much experience and those, who have just graduated from the university.
Due to the nature of implemented projects we prefer persons with economic or technical education and knowledge of English is a must.

The recruitment process usually lasts for several weeks and consists of the following stages:

  • analysis of applications
  • meeting with a HR department employee
  • meeting with the Service Centre Manager (evaluation of content knowledge)
  • meeting with the Director General (managerial positions)
  • decision on employment

After the completed recruitment process we send the candidates feedback, regardless of the results of the process.
