We take care of our Consultants' development at many levels. We offer over 15 programmes of internal training, which help the newly-employed workers to become acquainted with the world of projects and business processes. We also offer a large products portfolio of internal training allowing our employees to develop competences crucial for the company and the employees. We put much stress on certifified training related to methodologies of project management and training involving soft aspects of work in the project. We help our employees in financing graduate studies and learning of foreign languages. |
