The effects of events that seem impossible can be catastrophic. Beside "classic" threats of today, such as IT system breakdowns, communication system breakdowns, natural disasters, fires, floods or power outages, we see new threats emerging all the time, such as sabotage, terror, hacking of IT systems or problems with social unrest. These events can destabilize a company and make it unable to offer services to its clients for a long time.

The objective of the Project Management Office is to provide reliable information about the status of a project in progress to all parties involved in the project. It also implements procedures of PMO management, monitor them and supervises the quality of products delivered. The following document shows and descripts the rules in place in the PMO.
