Modern companies shape their business processes in a way that enables them to deliver products and services sought by the client. Efforts taken as part of the Six Sigma program are concerned with continually improving these processes in order to meet the clients' requirements. DMAIC - as an element of the Six Sigma program is a method that optimizes processes which enables problems to be viewed objectively and to be understood - through the usage of statistical analysis based on facts. The method answers what has to be done for an improvement to become a fact.
