Grzegorz Poręcki - Managing Director, Proxy of the Board of Directors
Grzegorz Poręcki has been with Sofrecom Polska since 2001 and possesses over 20 years experience in management. He started his career at Warsaw Technical University where he did research on crossover telecom switches control (patent co-holder) and on artificial intelligence in telecommunications. His management career began in the USA with the company Software Business Applications, he then became IT team manager in DTS Zwut, a Polish-American joint venture. He was also Sales Support Manager in the Polish branch of AT&T where he was responsible for OSS. Prior to his current function, Grzegorz Poręcki worked as Programme Manager in EDS, where he was responsible for business development and projects implementation in the area of telecommunications.
He holds a MSc in Telecommunications from Warsaw Technical University.

   

 

Krystyna Dłubak – Human Resources Manager, Proxy of the Board of Directors
Krystyna Dłubak has been working for Sofrecom Polska since its earliest days. She is responsible for HR policy, administration and supplier relations. She is in charge of recruitment, training programmes development, implementation of incentive and assessment schemes as well as internal communications.
Krystyna Dłubak is a graduate of Warsaw University and also completed post graduate studies in Human Resources Management at the Warsaw Institute of Finance and Management.   

 

 

 

Wojciech Gąsior – Information and Telecommunication Technologies Solutions  Center Director

Wojciech Gąsior joined Sofrecom Polska in 2003 and is responsible since then for all the issues connected with telecommunications and technology consulting. He has extensive management experience gained at AT&T, Netia Telekom S.A., Alcatel, Sirti, ECI and Sogreah S.A. His areas of expertise include technical projects management, organisational changes implementation and business processes optimisations.
Wojciech Gąsior is a graduate of the Faculty of Mechanics, Technology and Automation of the Warsaw University of Technology.  

 

 

 

Michał Głowacki - Business Solutions Center Director

Michał Głowacki has been with Sofrecom Polska since 2002. As the manager of over 20 consultants from the Business Services Department he is responsible for projects in the areas of strategy, finance, marketing, sales and customer service.
Michał Głowacki has many years of managerial experience in the field of telecommunications. He has worked a.o. for PTK Centertel, Netia and El-Net S.A. where he acted as manager of large department teams.
He specialises in customer service, billing systems, revenue assurance and collections.
He is a graduate of Economic Policy and Finance at Warsaw School of Economics. 

 

Marcin Sitko – IT Competence Center Manager

Works at Sofrecom Polska since 2006. Is an expert in the field of creating and designing IT systems, as well as implementing them and coordination of all other actions that have to be done during the process.

He gained experience while working on IT projects implemented for many of the largest Telephone and IT service operators, among them Orange UK, Orange Group-TP and Maroc Connect.

He majored in computer physics on the Jagiellonian University in Cracow (Physics Department).

 

 

karol-szymanowskiKarol Szymanowski - Sales Manager

Works at Sofrecom Polska since 2009. At present he is the Manager of the Sales and Marketing department. He is responsible for the development of the business, client relations and the company's image.

 

He gained more then ten years of experience in sales and work with the key clients, while working on manager contracts among others in the Clear Channel group, in GTS Energis and Orange.

He finished Warsaw's prestigious Collegium Civitas, where he majored in International Relations.
