We proudly inform you that Sofrecom Polska will implement tasks being part of the project "Client in the center of attention of the Administration", that was started by the PMO.
The objective of the project is to implement standardized solutions in the field of developing customer service.
Our role is to identify the clients of the government administrative offices and to describe a catalog and cards for services provided by the offices. We will work in 100 government offices located in 49 cities and towns scattered around the whole country.
Among the beneficiaries of the project, will be the state archives, commercial inspections, veterinary inspections, Police stations, ministries, customs offices, revenue offices and regional offices.
