Project and Programme Management
Implementing strategies and reacting to the changes caused by the growing market competition demand from enterprises effective performance and coordination of many initiatives. Such initiatives, unique as a rule, require experience and knowledge of project management methodologies from those who are to manage them effectively. Currently it can be observed, that companies gradually move from the ad hoc project management to the forming of an organization managed by programmes and to the project portfolio management.
In the field of Project and Programme Management, Sofrecom Polska supports its Customers in the following areas:
Project and programme management on behalf of the Customer, covering the execution of management tasks by Sofrecom Project Managers, i.e., among others, scope, schedule and resources management, and risk, communication and reporting management.
Project Management Office (PMO) organization and running, i.e. rendering management support services to the Customer, in accordance with one of the project management methodologies applied by Sofrecom.
Programme formation, preceded by an analysis of interdependencies and interrelations among projects.
Consulting in the field of project and programme management, covering formulation of a project portfolio management strategy, selection or determination of a Customer-optimal methodology, definition of corporate standards of project management, consulting in the selection of IT tools supporting project work, and comprehensive preparation of the organization to work in the project system.
Project audits, i.e. audits of methodologies, processes and achieved results, and delivering recommendations to the Customer’s decision-makers.
Sofrecom Project Managers have successfully executed over 150 projects of various complexity and scope for Customers representing many sectors.
