Recruitment Process
There are 3 professional position levels at Sofrecom Polska, i.e. Junior Consultant, Consultant and Senior Consultant. Depending on a position, we offer employment both to people with professional experience gained in consulting or telecommunications companies and to fresh university graduates. Due to the specificity of our activity, we favor graduates of technical universities and universities of economics. Command of English is a prerequisite to start working with us.
Depending on a position level, the recruitment process is divided into two or three stages. Candidates for Consultants and Junior Consultants first meet with a representative of the HR Department and then with the manager of a given Service Centre who evaluates the candidate’s knowledge required at a given position. Candidates for Senior Consultants have an additional meeting with either the General Director or the Operations Director.
Regardless of the recruitment result each candidate receives feedback when the recruitment process is finished.
