Traineeship Programme

There is an opportunity to take part in paid traineeships programme at Sofrecom Polska all year long. Depending on our project needs, we take on trainees for a period of 3 to 6 months in the form of a contract of mandate. Trainees work in projects with our consultants, which enables them to see the nature of the consultant’s work and to learn from the experts.

“(…) I was given extensive creative freedom, but I was never left alone with a serious problem. All my ideas were welcomed enthusiastically. As a result of such an attitude, I was confident my work was really needed and treated seriously.
I participated in a number of projects. Owing to that, I managed to meet a lot of interesting people, specialists from various fields, different work standards, and a broad range of services offered by Sofrecom”.

The traineeship recruitment follows the same route as the recruitment process for a Junior Consultant position. After the termination of a traineeship, there is a possibility of starting full time employment with the company.
