Cost Assurance
Cost Assurance is a process aiming at ensuring minimization of product delivery costs, service provision costs, and network and system utilization costs.,br>
Cost Assurance consists of procedures, processes and tools that enable the Customer to check whether the invoices and bills received from their suppliers are issued in accordance with incurred costs, and whether all overpayments have been settled in favor of the Customer.
The Cost Assurance process realized by Sofrecom Polska consists of the following stages:
- periodic analysis of the suppliers’ invoices (including standard deviations)
- comparison of invoices with the suppliers’ agreements (price lists) and identification of discrepancies
- verification of invoices with irregularities
- reporting of discrepancies
